OK, so I have a slight apology to make to Jim Zorn.

Yes he is over his head.
Yes he is all but fired.
Yes he is getting screwed by management.

I really wish for him a quick and painless separation. But alas, Dan and Vinni seem to want to do as much damage as possible.
